It's actually from the Capcom arcade game "Cadillacs and Dinosaurs", one of the best beat-em-ups I've ever played. I don't know if I would call this better than the original, he basically just stuck enemies from Final Fight into stages from 64th Street, threw in Cadillacs and Dinosaurs music and called it a day. Pretty lazy.
The original Final Fight arcade game was made 2 years before Streets of Rage, and Streets of Rage was made as a clone of Final Fight and copied pretty much all the game mechanics.
Rolento (and the other bosses) is a joke in this game compared with the Arcade hahahahaha Rolento in the Arcade would've grabbed and killed you right away if you try to go to him to punch him LOL
