When I know most of the answers and the contestants don't, I know the teams are in trouble. Paxman hates it when they drag out the discussions needlessly.
Unbearable to watch people in their own conceit, giving deliberately wrong answers, treating the whole thing as a joke, wasting alot of Mr Paxman's and viewers' time.
Oh dear. They obviously spend all their time studying their own discipline, don't read a newspaper, look at a map or listen to the news. Mendelson seems to have read a lot of books, however. :-)
"Your bonus questions are on mathematicians who died in 2020." *giggles* Not a good look. But hey, maybe they'll get at least one... right? "...Robert Fain-men" Please, make it stop... "No it was Conway." Mendelson looks completely indignant. Just embarrassing...

Why does the girl on the Reading team say so many things that mean absolutely nothing?
I loved Mendelson and Cooke! Wish I could've seen more of them in another round.
My god, they are not very knowledgeable.
Paul Barnes looks like Tom Cruise well, when he was a student!
I felt deeply annoyed at the participants after having watched this episode.
