Bank se settlement ho Gaya tha June 2022 me. Bank ne ots kiya 80 lakh me. principal amount 1 cr tha. Par 6 months me hum 80 lakh nahi bhar paye. Ab Jan 2023 me court order for possession by dm order hua hai. Bank ab principal amount demand kar raha hai. Kya hume DRT jana chahiye ya bank se phir se settlement kare. Thanks

जिस प्रकार के फैक्टस आपके द्वारा बताए गए हैं उस हिसाब से डीआरटी जाने में कोई फायदा नहीं होगा आप को बैंक से फिर से सेटलमेंट करना चाहिए
