Which makes him insanely skilled, not of alot of high end drummers can brag about being able to switch from left to right hand, and not to mention his feet aswell :o Thumbs up for this god in drums!
@inimicalODDITY To clarify, I meant how they afforded all of the equipment. It's just something I have always wondered. I was lucky enough to get my set and cymbals about 8 or 9 years ago for christmas, all top of the line. But now, everything is starting to break on me and my parents are like, "tough shit." hehe...
First off, currently you are my biggest inspiration. Words truly can't describe how you make me feel both competent yet not worthy. Your clarity is impeccable and your speed is prestigious. I'm curious, do you ever gravity blast? And, do you have a sponsor?
It's unbelievable that you can keep all your doublebase grooves in all the songs of TS in mind. Thats just sick! Do you know if you'll come to switzerland someday? That would be awesome. BTW what pedal do you use at the moment? Keep on rockin'!
@STATUSthesleepers hes a open handed/ open footed(lol) drummer.. he uses both dominant and non-dominant feet, and hands to play drums because it makes drumming easier, and able to be more creative
sick as always, diggin the lil twirls. transcriptions are a great idea, though when i clicked the link for this one the picture was really small. had to zoom in a lot and by then the numbers were really blurry
@DAWSONIAs1stFan Thank you for your condescending comment. He must have a very good job, seeing as how all together this kit cost a great deal of money.
can you please please please make a video braking down your foot technique at high speeds do. you just use the ankles and if so what are some good excercises to build stregnth stamina and most importantly cleanliness with those tempos
Alex I I have watched all of your videos, I have noticed that your bass drums is full with a pillow or blanket. The bass drum sound we hear is strictly from a drum module or do you mix triggers and drum mics? It sounds sweet,
hey Alex, what would you classify your stick grip as? i tend to play american most of the time but i play the ride mainly french grip so i'm having a hard time picking one to perfect. any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
@mdterps1042 how does a 20" bassdrum sound and feel compared to the 22"? i have been wanting to get one because i'm a small guy and have placement issues with my toms but am afraid it will feel and sound terrible:P
i feel like Threat Signal songs sound a little too similar.. and in my opinion, your drumming was more dynamic with Ordinance... Nevertheless, you're still my hero Alex Fucking Rudinger
an inspiration to anyone that plays anything.
Which makes him insanely skilled, not of alot of high end drummers can brag about being able to switch from left to right hand, and not to mention his feet aswell :o
Thumbs up for this god in drums!
Now youve mentioned it I can't stop watching the transitions
Damm only just noticed most of his kicks are left footed
His teacher was Travis Orbin, whom was periphery’s previous drummer
Wow! Threat signal really has great musicians! Keep on rocking!

Epic beard and epic playing! Keep it up man!
Your t-shirt is so awesome! I'd love a sybreed cover from you, but then again, the TS covers are just fine :)
@STATUSthesleepers

Awesome job dude!
Hell yeah bro! This is sick.
I found your transcription very easy to follow!
Ride cymbal + Bass drum coordination

@mdterps1042 Does Threat Signal ever tour down here in Australia? Loving this music (and especially your drumming!)
Why was the album taken off iTunes?
I'm so glad i subscribed! Once again, periphery request ;)
@DAWSONIAs1stFan No, I don't believe he is endorsed by any companies yet.
Great as usual...are you still touring with TS?
@mdterps1042 I think he means are you left handed or is the camera making it look like you're left handed
Alex, I'm a big fan of your drumming, gotta ask though; Are you Ambidextrous, or were you just born a beast?
Beast Mode on [On]
@blasturbeat55 Trust me, man. It's not in pedals - it's in feet.
But yes, that pedal is great.
Alex I I have watched all of your videos, I have noticed that your bass drums is full with a pillow or blanket. The bass drum sound we hear is strictly from a drum module or do you mix triggers and drum mics? It sounds sweet,
Don't you see the red trigger on the left side of bass drum (the feet cam)?! ))
hey Alex, what would you classify your stick grip as? i tend to play american most of the time but i play the ride mainly french grip so i'm having a hard time picking one to perfect. any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!

This guys hand technique is all wrist!
Why u leave Threat Signal :'(

Fucking insane !
@inimicalODDITY Yeah he prolly has a job when not TOURING. Plus he might have endorsements...Considering he is in a semi-known band.
you must try Digital Structures by breach the void
your foot work looks effortless im guessing those peddles are worth the 700 they cost
wut kind of pedals are those?
TuckerDrums they are pearl demon drives
damn, i thought this was gonna be a cover of Creed's "One Last Breath" lol
sounds like the American version of Darkane :)
... "And thats how to do a drum cover.."
do a solo :D
"once more with feeling!"
@STATUSthesleepers ambidextrous
very nice drumming bro, but lemme point out that the snare is over taking everything! lower it a bit
@blasturbeat55 good technique>expensive pedals.
Wth?Are you left handed or right handed??
i feel like Threat Signal songs sound a little too similar.. and in my opinion, your drumming was more dynamic with Ordinance... Nevertheless, you're still my hero Alex Fucking Rudinger
Beards defiantly make every drummer better no matter who they are...
They have equipment because they have something called a job....
Someone's been practicing stick tricks. Lol
