The bedrooms are not spacious. Even the hall n living area not spacious... it's all cramped up. For a small sized building and 7 cents land area and far away from city centre, the price of 1.85 Cr is very much unreasonable and unfair. Please post cottages or apartments in the budget under 50 Lakhs
