Yes man, I do my bass mix only with guitar rig, look at my Bad Brain cover in my channel, I get that sound from the 80s with a preset made by me and it was easy, just need to hear a lot of this stuff so you know what sound to look for
So good! Most "Totalitar inspired" punk from the US misses the mark, sounds a bit too tough, too polished, a bit too obvious and generic with the catchy riff shit . They boil down the elements that make up Totalitar but lack the soul - losing the insanity and snotty messiness that makes Totalitar sound so raw, frantic and one of a kind. This shit is the closest I've heard anyone come to doing that sound honor. They were awesome live too. Fuckin cheers.
