The reason why these two are the chefs is because last year, their concept given by the producer was "Watch your words" so whatever idea there is, maybe intentional or unintentional, the producer will make a way to make it happen. So there was one episode where once again, this duo were able to get out of the field(planting rice) that's why Woozi suggested to have an episode where both of them have to suffer.

These two have a very easy life in almost all GoSe episode (especially jeonghan, mainly because he's"witty") and svt want them to 'suffer' , but when I watched this at first they seem to be having a hard time but eventually turn the table because they are "witty".. as time goes by the members are actually the ones suffering LMAO...

Both of them are known for giving up real fast in any episodes with hard games. They just rest and skip activities during most of going seventeen and never get any penalties thats why they did this episode for them so they''ll actually work for once. It was really weird seeing them especially Jeonghan trying so hard.

Yes! Jun and The8 were in China last year from September till December visiting their families after almost 2 years, doing endorsements with brands and Jun returned to acting (he was a child actor in China) and was recording a Drama (Exclusive Fairytale) and The8 a traditional dance show (Dancing Millennium)
The8 and Jun were on China that time for solo activities, Jun also shot a C-drama! And it's also to spend time with their families since it's been years when they went home since the pandemic started. S.coups & Jeonghan are the duo that always sticks together and gets away with penalties easily, and the 2021 concept of gose is to "Watch your words," and this is one of the member's suggestion. 😂😂

Ok so I don't really know korean, but 'barley tea' is 'bori cha' in korean. And 'cold cheek' is also 'bori cha' in korean. It's an extremely sill pun that's all 😂😂 svt do a lot of these pun, so make sure to pay attention to the audio or you'll never understand wtf they're saying 😂😂 I had to start doing that quite some time ago 😂

Mingyu, DK & Jun are kinda like the chef line in svt, they often cook for the other members. They're pretty good cooks, during in the soop they do a lot of cooking
Lol since they're hiring part-timers I'm convinced if jun was there he'd be chosen too. Idk about s.coups, but from what I've seen jeonghan isn't exactly a good cook

Jun's mainly there for shooting his drama (as a main lead) & minghao was shooting for a traditional chinese dance culture show thingy (forgot what it's called exactly) & some other work stuff like commercials, etc. + for them to kinda have a break & visit their family. It was 2 months, from Oct (attacca comeback) to Dec iirc

Jun and Minghao (The8) we're still in China at that point. Jun was shooting his cdrama 'Exclusive Fairytale' (which releases sometime this year) and Minghao was shotting that dance show 'Dancing Millennium'. For most of 2021, those two were is China and it was probably the longest time they had been separated from the rest of the svt members since coming to Korea to train.
