I was about to commit a sin, and then decided to watch this video. Alhamdulillah! Allahuakbar!
When shaykh Hasan Ali was talkijg about the food and drink in jahannam, i was drinking a glass of water, and i said alhamdulillah, and the way i said alhamdulillah for this comfortable glass of water, i have never said it like that before.
I really hope i don't end up in hell for a silly mistake :/

A touching moment of this lecture is when he was talking about the conversation between Umar RA and our blessed Rasul SAW and the Shaykh was on the verge of tears. Subhanallah may Allah SWT bless him and all of us with Jannah, Ameen.

MashaAllah, first time I am listening to this sheikh but he reminds me so much of brother Ahmed Deedat, the way he used to recite a verse of the quran and then the translation, it's unbelievable

ps.brother.i am only about to start to establish daily prayers in next week or so.i go mosque on some fridays.i am now in touch with my religon an am ready to praise my master and ask for forgivness.
i have always said daily duas but have been a bad person and done bad an terrible things.ontop of not worshiping Allah.

Jannah is like the most expensive stores ever top brands unlike the cheap branded shops like primark and H&M it takes a lot of dedication to achieve inshallah we all enter jannah without Hisaab we have to wrk exceptionally hard to achieve it

The Shiekh mentions about people with worldly wealth, and poor people with not much... wAllah, the happiest people I have met really dont have alot... and they are firm Muslims, and the most miserable people I have met... are wealthy people... who even if Muslim, pay little attention to the Religion.
Also lets not forget that we live in an age where Dajjal fitnah is strong, the gates of hellfire have many callers, and 1 of the tricks of Dajjal is he will make what is paradise.. seem like hell.... and what is hell... seem like paradise.
So to us as humans the wealthy lifestyle seems like paradise.. when infact its a hell. (I dont think I need to mention the evils of wealth.)
and make an Islamic lifestyle... seem like hell.

My brothers I have a question , if someone could please aid me. How does one make amends for insulting someone they dont even know and have no way of finding? and How does one make amends for stealing something when they have no way of finding the person they stole from?
Do good in the future and speak mild words, words once said cannot be taken back.
Give whatsoever you stole into charity expecting no reward for it and repent to Allah and ask of him to provide the person better than what was stolen.

The person you insulted.. make Dua for them... ask forgiveness for yourself and the insulted.
the person you stole from.. give charity equal to the amount of whatever you stole in the persons name, if you dont know their name, then whilst giving the charity, make intention that Allah may grant the reward of this charity to the person you stole from, and make it a means of expiation for you.
No matter if the person you stole from is not Muslim, still give in charity on their behalf.
Allah knows best and may Allah reward you.
"Keeping a beard" is advice for someone who is clean shaven, and "lengthening a beard" is advice for someone who already has a beard. I think that skeikh tried to emphasis that all sahaba had beards.

Judge the miraculous nature of the Qur'an for yourself before ridiculing the believers.

this makes me feel guilty, ashamed and scared because i dont want to end up in hell but for those who were pious, the companions of the prophet they were fearful as they had no guarantee to go to jannah so what chance to i have? i feel very scrupulous and in despair please give some advice please to a brother in need??

Anas ibn Malik reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, entered upon a young man in the throes of death. The Prophet said, “How do you feel?” The man said, “By Allah, O Messenger of Allah, I hope in Allah and I fear for my sins.” The Prophet said, “These two feelings are not combined in the heart of a servant in this situation except that Allah will give him what he hopes and save him from what he fears.”
