Sir Ji Namaste, I am Mail/Express Train Manager Mumbai Division. Sir every week atleast one train with LHB stock is found with primary spring broken, but in ICF stock it was rarely found, what can be the reason?
Hello sir. We are also working on the same project of the failure of primary suspension spring in Lower Parel Carriage Workshop, WR. Until now what we have found that there is a design flaw in Control Arm. It is exhibiting a force at an angle while absorbing the shock. Our project is in progress. Sir, can you please tell me in which coach most failure is seen?
@@kartikmahalle4503 twice seen in power car and once in sleeper. Sir, while descending the ghat section specially Bor Ghat between Lonavala Karjat, and when LP has to apply brakes more frequently heavy smoking is noticed from brake pads/shoes after covering distance of about 15 km , sometimes even flames are noticed, what might be the reason? On ICF coaches it was rarely found. Smoking sometimes, but never flames. When the train is working with locomotives with regeneration/ dynamic brakes this issue doesn't happen. Thank You Sir
Thank you sir ji 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
