that's P'Aof, he's been Zee's manager for many years. He's actually also head of Mandee and manages all of the actors at Domundi (Zee and Nunew are both signed with Domundi), AND he's the director of Cutie Pie. He's a super hard working guy, no idea if or when he sleeps at all. He went with Zeenunew there only for a day and went back to Bangkok while Zeenunew stayed in Chiang Rai, where they had lovely holidays with Zee's family and later only the two of them travelled to a super luxurious hotel in the mountains.
