@@teppichverkaufer9047don’t brew it for so long Gyokuro is best when steeped for about 2 minutes at 165°F although I have experimented with using a chemex pour over beaker and it has a very good balance But be sure there is no leaves in the final product and if it is too weak for your liking let it go through the leaves in the filter one more time be sure the water doesn’t go to far past the top of the leaves
Recommend refrigerating this kind of tea after opening the bag?

what's the ratio again? is it 5g:50ml or 5g:15ml? thanks
5 grams and 150ml for a regular cup of tea and 5 grams and 50ml if you want to make a super concentrated "shot"

How can brew half sencha half gyokuro?
you can't prepare the teas separately and enjoy them side by side?
