The moment the dog was introduced after the Fuel station section had passed, I knew I didn’t want to continue watching. I was genuinely terrified.

loving season 2 of games that scare me. a good and short horror game I'd recommend is called "it steals", it Contains great Jumpscare AND chases!

I don't remember how long it's been but I watched markipliers playthrough of power drill massacre and the first jumpscare still has me avoiding trying to rewatch the entire video years later and nothing else has scared me as much as that one jumpscare

If you’re looking for have recommendations, I’d suggest The Well Speaks To Me. Relatively short, very few jumpscares, but incredibly creepy atmosphere and some downright disturbing pixel art.
