Dota 2 like Ivern build Gaming

After playing 100 hours of arc warden on Dota 2 I felt the need to replicate the same experience on LoL in terms of build. The only champ who could do it was Ivern, as I can build whatever I want on him and make it work regardless, pure masterpiece of a champ design in terms of longevity.
