How did Moss put herself before the PD? 100 percent Moss is at fault for all of PD mistakes. Supporting Trygg was her downfall also 100 percent. Trygg not answering to the *people"/mayor when asked about big PD issue. Now it is a big city issue. Same with Maxwell's promotion. Small PD issue becomes big city issue!
@natyong I like moss, and she did "alright" but she clearly didn't want to be chief. Every time she had a chance to make things in the PD better, she drug it out. She lead trigg on, making him think he was going to be promoted while trigg was acting out, being selfish. I think almost all the hurtles she faced were eliminated by nino, and he basically told her the best route to take. But she still decided to waste time, be indecisive, lie, pass blame. She should have just trimmed the fat, and made logical decisions that were best for overall PD, and civilian health.

When she passed the blame it was more often to herself. Believer and nonbelievers had but the one path to distrust. She wanted Chief for sake of bettering PD for at least 4 months. That about 3.5 months longer than anyone else was able to do it. Yes, she was done when Trygg didn't (or wasn't able to) step up to give Peters and her the break they needed.

Trigg is extreme cringe. Him, and moss were both in the wrong though in my opinion.
