I just finished my first wonderful amazing Incredible year doing ACIM and I begin my 2nd. This past couple of weeks have been emotionally challenging to say the least. I just felt wretched for no reason . I feel so much better since watching this video 2 days ago and following Jesus instructions. So thank you Tina .( I have already thanked Jesus.) Your videos have helped me so much.
Thank you for your work because through your work it has confirmed all facts happened in my situation. After about 2 years OMAD (one meal a day ) plus the 36h 48h 72h fasting time to time and now I no longer need OMAD but less than that with no hunger feeling or less energy than normal things like that at all , so I only have meal when I feel my body needs energy then from food then I have a really desired meal and enjoy it totally ! I understand now if you consume necessary nutrients from natural food to support your body cells needs that the rest is the energy, if you don’t wast unnecessary energy then you don’t need extra energy especially from the food I believe it doesn’t help the mind or thought, consciousness and feelings with the food energy, there’s 2 kind of energy that I feel from my own experiences. This is about the energy circle correctly or not by understanding the difference between physical world and spiritual world. 💓💡💜
Be still and know that I Am❣ Life can be likened to walking on a tightrope. Maintaining our equilibrium requires our constant focus. When we surrender that focus to exterior distractions our equilibrium is temporarily affected and we seemingly fall from the state of Grace that is communion! We are free to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and realign ourselves with That which Is! The Path less traveled is surely not without obstacles and that is as it needs to be. I agree with all this but as far as i remember in the Course in Miracles there is zero mention of healing through the earth, organic food, getting outside, knowledge gained from nature etc. It just says the world is not real... It also makes no reference to artistic creativity.
so, all this would be an obvious result in going to see within and living from inside out... as ACIM inspires us to do... ... but it seems that the conditioning mindset is so "deeply" ingrained that Jesus and others do not stop to say more and more explicitly the same and obvious things to us. (excuses for my English :) )
Tina, please help us to select a proper version of A Course in Miracles. There are at least 5 different versions (e.g. UR Text, FIP, CIMS, Sparkly and HLC) and many editions. Some are heavily edited and with a lot of material taken out. Which version would you suggest? Thanks

43 “When an impure spirit comes out of a person, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. 44 Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’ When it arrives, it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order. 45 Then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that person is worse than the first. That is how it will be with this wicked generation.”
