    LOVE the idea of not deciding how your day is going to go until you get out of bed, etc. When I wake up feeling low energy or not feeling great mentally, the all-or-nothing part of my brain is like "well, my day is over already!" and I didn't even get out of bed yet lol. that's something I'm going to try and adapt into my own mornings.
