for anyone wondering how to defeat maru fast, get shindai akuma and get his 4th form and get his first attack in a slot, then get typhoon and get its 2nd move into ur slot, then get multi vanishing clones and when maru is down, use all of that together and you do a crap ton of damage

I was just pointing it out since it's not obvious and he was losing lots of chi. I thought it might have an effect, and that pointing this out might inform people of something new.
I always use shado apollo 3rd earth style winter avalanche and poison cloud to kill big boss like tailed beast bosses and it does do the job quickly but if the boss is small like minakaze i use xeno dokei apollo 3rd and poison cloud and its very effective and do the job quickly
Fun fact: the chi drain is more likely from you standing on top of water rather than from the samurai spirit (or it might be idk. I haven't used one since I started playing again the other day)
I have a decent boss combo to defeat maru pretty easily The combo: Shindai akuma Form 4 Shindai akuma First Move Shindai Akuma Second Move Apollo Sand Third Move Earth style: EarthPillars
By the way people here if you think you are unlucky in this game you should remember that some people tryed this boss 121 times and still didn’t get anything from maru This game is painful
Jay if you wanna grind bosses i recommend getting shindai ren companion or Kabu cobra since they are really good against bosses like Maru and Apol etc. Cuz they immune to xeno dokei c spec and even the typhoon glitch doesn't work on them. You can also get Jisho Seishin for normal npc or doing dungeons since it always damage stack and its very OP in dungeons

Hey I know a way to make saradas akumas 2nd move useful what u need to do is air combo then punch the a few time and when u fall backwards after the air combo aim the opponent down and use the 2nd move of saradas akuma

Jay, the poison cloud is currently glitched and deals lots of damage, like 200 k, the same applies to minakami 2nd move (the puppet 2nd move)

I recommend you get renshiki because you can block the blast skill of Maru and it will do 200k dmg.

Look I would recommend you maybe satori sword or bankai sword, cause as I know they just teleport to the enemy and deal good damage

when i grind maru just to get the weapon i got the mask twice the mary gen 3 3 times pyro 2 times and 1 weapon in like 3 hours

The samurai spirit boss can drop a special bloodline....it's a saringan (akuma) but I forgot it's name but it have spiral shape

you can save movesets and reequip them, so u can save the bloodlines, so if you dont get anything better u can get them back
