Normaly (and I use that term broadly with arma) it could be a Server Config File (server.cfg) Issue. If the configuration file is misconfigured, the server may not initialize correctly. If the server is running mods or specific mission files that are incompatible or have errors, it can cause the server to behave unpredictably, including errors related to spawning objects or units incorrectly (i.e., models with their "head in the ground").
@@shesterfield7731 Iv not messed with servers for a very long time, I mostly just play or sometimes admin for them. But if you are using mods you could try taking out the mods and then put them back one at a time testing them to see if one of them is causing the problem. that the best I can tell you 😪

Hello, what do you do when you create a server and find it with its head in the ground?

Also check your startup parameters. As that can cause the server to not load in the right way

I only see the ground and grass!!!
