The house is 'old school' as far as decor and overall aesthetic. It needs a makeover. The outside garage area needs to be brought in line to match the remainder of the house. I give it a 6.9.

I like the house it should have been bricked all the way around the same way my choice of furniture would be way better but outside of that I like the house and damn the great Bishop messed up his life😂😂

This house doesn't look like 9,000sf. They must be counting a finished basement. Here in the DFW area, 1.6 million will buy you a much better-looking and quality home. However, the square footage will be about 4500sf or slightly more, but it will be custom built (real hardwood flooring, covered porches, custom garage, balcony if two story, courtyard, etc.).
It is possibly stucco on the side. Expensive homes have stucco especially in California.

The home is beautiful but the house could’ve been so much more, are the walls are white or off white the house is screaming basic. But it’s not bad
