1999 to 2012 during the Musharraf and ppp tenures in very bad crise overall but when Nawaz sharif took over the country was totally different, running smoothly, load shedding was funished , suicide bombing and terrirism was completely controlled and more improvement in the country was in progress but Raheel Shareef initiated launching Imran ptojet , supported DHARNA of 126 days and didn't let nawaz Shareef government to use force against them because extension was refused to Raheel

Promises are not delivered because these are always set as challenging or SMART targets. Achieving these is good, but if not, due to a lot of interferences, wrong processes, reasonings, and incomplete tenures, we need to see via data analysis that who delivered the best towards these promises.
Define a period, let's say, last 25 years, 1999 to 2023, as it covers all key stakeholders, i.e., Gen, PPP, PMLn, PTI, and mix plate of PDM. And see data. Data will keep emotions aside and will give us the truth. Data means all key challenges and economic indicators. GDP, inflation, corruption, debt ratio, Debt servicing, Forex reserves, exports, health, education, loadshedding, transportation, judiciary, development, media, transportation, PSX, instability, terrorism/FATF, deliveries, security, law n order, etc. These parameters matter for countries. One can find most of these easily in any global economic institute's website, e.g., trading economics, world bank, etc. within a few clicks.
Check these for all parties tenures i.e. when they started and where they ended. That will give us somewhat merit. Go for it. Do it for Pakistan, and not to satisfy your emotions. Fact is PMLn performed n delivered best although faced worst challenges in 2013-18. That's what data says. Do not worry about the rest. Come out of personality worshipping and individuals.
Do not expect 100% merit immediately. It's an evolution. It's not an overnight change (idealism). It is a process based journey on which the nation needs to travel to improve and achieve 100% merit culture over a period of time. Do it by putting emotions aside.
