ICO enforcement changes, less stick, more carrot!

Great video Richard. Do you think fines, in terms of amount and frequency, will increase because of the ICOs change in handling PA?

Thanks! I honestly don’t know. Currently the ICO focuses heavily on PECR fines, arguably because it’s easier to enforce but John Edwards is already making waves so I wouldn’t be surprised if he wants to demonstrate his abilities sooner rather than later

The i.c.o has done nothing for me my housing association breached my data in 2018 and the when i went to them because the same person who breached my data was allowed to call my mental health team and say he was my support worker and there reply was it does not matter that he called himself support worker he has not breached surely this is not lawfull activity its a breach in my view please help
