So, at 6:07+ is he brushing on patina followed by brushing it with fire firing it before it cures?
im new at lost wax, i would like to know what compound you put over the clay and where to get this from please ,george
Do you mean for making the wax mould? It was silicone, or possibly latex.
It does make you wonder why so much effort to hide the actual bronze, could just as easily be cast resin..
Resin doesn't last. But yeah it could be resin to make cheap copies, if that's what the artist want (but I don't think it's the case).
Love the casting work but the original sculpture is awful
