A useful tidbit I discovered while resining my own helmet is that you can actually use nail polish remover/acetone to save the sponge brushes! It cleans the resin right out - just let them soak for a bit. And yet another amazing project! Absolutely insane what you can do with just cardboard.

VERY GOOD work
but I always notice that from the front view, the jaw looks too square, I know that it tapers more, (this could probably be corrected making subtle bends, every inch or so & then stapling a cross member onto the underside to hold the shape) ive seen this often with other Pepekura builds, also the chin area is too deep

Not hard Eva foam is easy to cut unlike cardboard
