Lets say you had a wind storm during the night but you were asleep, and youre wondering how strong the winds were the night before. Does it keep like a record of windspeeds in lets say the last 24 hours or so?
The console itself will show things like max and min values for the last 24 hours but the best setup is to connect it to Wunderground or Weather Cloud. Then you can go online and see weather history for your station including charts. That being said, I'm not sure how accurate this weather station is for measuring strong gusts. Spinning anemometers have inertia so they aren't able to speed up and slow down immediately. They work well enough for my purposes. The more accurate wind meters are ultrasonic but they are very expensive.
Hi, the data store in weather cloud, can be download it in an excel file or svg??? I want to make an study about wind velocity for one year??? There are a lot of these estation and nobody says is thats possible..... THANKS
I don't know of a way to download data from weather cloud (or weather underground). Are you comfortable with things like Linux and command line software? You can get a radio receiver connected to an old computer to read the data from the weather station and log it to a file.

I don't have a way to test the accuracy but I'm guessing it is as accurate as any other consumer grade weather station (and maybe some professional stations). There are probably only a few companies that produce the temperature and humidity sensing chips. I haven't seen any data out of this that seems to be off.
Here is a potential problem with respect to temperature. Since the temperature sensor is inside of the weather station, it can easily be in direct sunlight and negatively affected. There are weather stations on the market with a remote temperature sensor which can be located in the shade.

My weather is stuck on rain...no rain in sight. How do I reset the weather? Any ideas?
Mine won't show any outdoor reading it's just blank not even dashes.
Did it quit working or has it never worked? Are you batteries in the outdoor unit fresh?
Have you dealt with an issue of wind speed indicator constantly reading 0.0?

during maintenance to remove spider nest from the rain measurement cavity i introduced more water than it has ever seen to "flush" the obstruction.??
