@@cl9786 First what opera do you mean, Chinese Opera, Taiwanese Opera, perhaps Rock Opera or even Got Talent Opera ?. Second, there are thousands of opera singers that never been performing full time on dedicated opera stages unamplified. Just to name a few from talents shows, who themselves entitles themselves Opera Singer, Patricia Janeckova, Solomia Lukyanets, Amira Willighagen. Add to them all Opera Singers who performed Opera on Got Talents show all over the world. AGT have theirown list of Opera Singers, check them up, JE is one of AGT head lines.
@@johnojvind7641 I mean an actual opera production performed in an opera hall, sung in any language, though they are most notably Italian, among other languages.. Opera singers are trained to perform in operas either as soloist or in the chorus. "Got Talent Opera", whatever that means, is certainly not an opera production. Opera requires the singers, even in the chorus, to be classically trained which is imperative to becoming a legitimate opera soloist. Jackie is definitely not an opera soloist, nor has she ever sung in an opera chorus. Furthermore, they don't "title themselves" "Opera Singer", rather refer to themselves by the official classification of their voice type.....Soprano, Lyric Soprano, Mezzo Soprano, Contralto, tenor, etc. Jackie has never identified herself as an opera singer or by any voice type. Jackie always identified herself a CLASSICAL CROSSOVER singer, and her genre has always been Classical Crossover since before AGT. Get that through your thick skull. And, get some kind of music education so you don't continue to appear ignorant to those who are musically literate. AGT assigns competitors to certain categories according to the nature of their act. "Opera Singers" is the category Jackie was automatically assigned to because she sang an aria for her live audition at age 10, but never sang another while on the show. And, that label has been attached to her ever since by the ignorant media and ill-informed people like you who persist in calling her an opera singer. Have you listened to any of Jackie's 8 albums since Dream With Me at age 10?....Not a single aria in any them. Have you been to any of her 190 concerts since 2011......She occasionally sings one of 2 arias she recorded at age 10 in a set-list of 20 songs, because she enjoys singing it, IN HER OWN POP STYLE for her fans who love the way she sings it because she does NOT sing with operatic technique. Unfortunately, the "opera singer" label has done Jackie a disservice. And, she tried for years to correct the miss-perception, and finally gave up. The young audience she had been trying to reach won't buy her music because it's assumed to be operatic. She has attracted a new audience of both older fans and newcomers with her original music that will hopefully expand her fan base as a singer/songwriter/composer, and finally shed the opera singer image. So, with respect for Jackie, stop this nonsense.
Wow! Lovely Jackie, you are still on the top. You never withered but so Much more popular instead. Being your big fan im so proud of you. ♥️♥️♥️ Always
I love the way Jackie sings (and smiles) in that little intro to "Somewhere Over the Rainbow." She sang that intro (not the whole song, unfortunately) for Oprah Winfrey. Beautiful.
Thank you, so much, for sharing your excellent captures of the livestream! Even though Jen and I were blessed to be sitting just a few feet directly in front of Jackie, for both shows, it’s been wonderful to be able to revisit these select portions of the show, here! And, the audio/video quality is far superior to anything that I was able to capture, on my own. Jackie was absolutely spectacular with each performance, including her wonderful anecdotal comments between each one, and was also extremely accommodating to spending time with each of us, post show, for photos, autographs and light conversation. She truly is an earthly angel! 🎤 🎼 👏 🎉
I'm glad you are enjoying the video. Thanks for sharing that Jackie took the time to meet with fans and take photos with them afterwards...a bonus "meet and greet" if you will for those who attended. You can't beat that! ;)

Suggesting that her childhood voice is "superior" to her adult voice is insulting. Furthermore, Jackie did not record a cover of The Impossible Dream in 2024.

Now she's telling those who imposed demands of perfection upon her, to do what she is told, look the way she is told and sing what she is told, to "Shut Up and Get Out of My Life". At age 24, this is Jackie the independent artist, songwriter, composer and producer of her own music who doesn't take guff from anyone, does what she pleases, sings what she wants and doesn't need anyone's approval while in command of her career and her life. Her "musical transformation era" is off to a great start with the success of her album of original songs, "Solla". She has lived her dream and greater things are yet to come, in her own way.
