    Hey guys, you forgot to mention that you need a balanced cable (two ring tip) instead of an unbalanced cable (one ring tip) to get the FS3X to work. Other than that THANK YOU for doing such a great job covering this pedal!

      Niccole Blaze thanks for the heads up. Let’s also mention that the FS3X includes the TRS cable in the box 😁

    Wow. I'd need a drummer to operate that fx pedal. No way is my right foot operating all that stuff I got a guitar to play. Nice tutorial. Appreciate it

    Thanks for the best series of videos about SDRUM, I'll need to spend some more time to get the best of mine which I have it linked with JamMan XT.

    I was reading the SDrum manual this morning (yeah I know - who does that?). There are at least 4 or 5 good ideas for videos in the back of the manual. Things like how to get a train beat, beats without a kick drum, beats without kick or snare, swirl brushes, etc. You might check it out for ideas. Enjoy your videos.

    Hi, I own the pedal since two days and it's REALLY cool.
    Just a question: factory reset procedure is not working, what about yours?
    Manual says:
    - 1. Unplug the power adapter from the SDRUM.
    - 2. Press and hold the KICK pad, SNARE pad, and ALT (GROOVE/KIT) button, and then plug in the power
    adapter.
    - 3. Wait for the LEDs to begin circling the HATS/RIDES encoder, then release the buttons.
    - 4. When the LEDs surrounding the HATS/RIDES encoder begin flashing amber, press the HATS/RIDES
    encoder and wait for the factory reset to complete.
    Well, I stop at point 4 because mine NEVER 'begins flashing amber'. So no reset.
    Can you help? Everything else is working as expected, so I can't believe that mine is 'broken'.
    Please let me know, thanks!

    Hello! Very useful video, as usual. I got one questions. You showed a few ways to use the FS3X as a TAP TEMPO (to do the same that the tiny tap tempo button does at the top left of de SDRUM), but you only use it while creating a new song. My question: Is there a way of changing the tempo WHILE THE SONG IS AREADY PLAYING? With the tiny button you can do that, but it is impossible to hit it with your foot in case you set a wrong tempo and realize while you are already playing (happens a lot. Hehe). It'll be really useful to be able to correct the tempo without stopping the song and, hopefully without the audience noticing. Thanks in advance!

    Thanks for the video. Can you do a video on using the Sdrum and Jamman Solo together?

    • @ThePedalGuy

      Rome thanks for the suggestion. I’ll see if we can make that happen.

      @@ThePedalGuy if I understand it right when those two pedals or link they supposed to be able to do some pretty cool things.

    • @ThePedalGuy
      @ThePedalGuy  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Rome basically it’s a sync function. So the SDRUM would be the master sync source and the jamman would follow.

    • @romesyoutubechannel5356
      @romesyoutubechannel5356 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ThePedalGuy I was wondering if the Sdrum would control the Jamman XT going from verse chorus verse When the 2 pedals were Synced together? Right now it seems the only way this can be done is with multiple FX3X foot switches.

    • @ThePedalGuy
      @ThePedalGuy  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@romesyoutubechannel5356 Thanks for the question. Yes you would likely need multiple FS3X's to make this work.

    Question: Can you toggle between Vs, Ch, Br from the main footswitch while the FS3X is plugged in?
    Too bad the on-demand crash button can't be set to toggle the Kit select and Alt feature.

    If I bought an SDRUM, a Jamman, and one of these, could I plug this into the Jamman and still get all the fancy sync features while using it to switch between Verse and chorus? What I have in mind is keeping the SDRUM on one loop, while moving the Jamman between verse and chorus. It would be nice if it worked like the Jamman does without a pedal though where it "arms" the switch between tracks until the loop is over. Does that make sense? Sorry for the rambling question.

      @ThePedalGuy  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Eli,
      Thanks for the question. As far as I know that would be fine. Basically, you would use the FS3X to move up and down different memory locations on the JamMan while in sync with the SDRUM. I'll need to explore that a bit but I'm pretty sure that will work fine.

    Does the guitar audition mode work with a 12 string? Also, if you are in audition mode and strumming, does the drum pattern slow down and speed up in sync with your playing style?

    I use this pedal for a year. There is one big problem with this pedal. In sync with DigiTech looper, Sdrum sometimes make loop to “hickup” for the quarter of beat. Thats can be very frustrating in live gig. I contacted tech support, they are know for this issue but thay dont have a solution.

    Is there a way to speed up or slow down the tempo with a pedal while it is playing? Also When using the guitar as drums , you stop it no problem but when you wanna start a new rhythm (new song) you need to delete what you have recorded so when you press the button to delete, the last rhytm starts playing for afew seconds before it gets deleted. . is there a way to eliminate that? thank you I wanna use it on the stage as a solo musician and that makes it impossible. Thank you
