11:00 I don't remember reading that Roger could write in the poneglyph language, I think he actually couldn't(that's why Oden is the one writing). As far as we know he can't even read it, he can only "hear" them and we still dont know how that really works (hearing a poneglyph could give you more or less information than reading it).
This is correct! Rodger cannot read or write the ancient language. Oden is the one to write the message for Rodger.

The 'D' in "will of D" probably stands for dental care given how most of its clan members are always smiling, and them smiling is likely because they want to show how great they are at taking care of their teeth. We will also come to find out later on that the story of One Piece was just a long dental advertisement and that Oda has been trolling us all along.

Dude this is in the ball park of what i think D means 😎 It is probably a symbol for smile/laugh. What do people with D in their names have in common? They smile when they die (except maybe blackbeard) Smile/laugh symbolizes free spiritedness, fearlessness and resolve . They are labeled gods natural enemy because of it (Devils are portrayed to be always smiling/laughing) There are a couple of things ODA has been referencing smile/laugh. 1. Joyboy 2. Laughtale 3. Smile devil fruit; remember doffys jolly roger? It is smiling but with a prohibited sign; also doffy hates the family of D; It is widely speculated that the Ds created dfs maybe the name smile df is a reference to that? 4. Different kinds of laugh in one piece. 5. Monkey family; monkeys smile a lot; luffys name is a whole reference to smile/laugh; Monkey(jolly and devious animal) D(as what ive said it could be a symbol for smile/laugh) Luffy(it probably comes from the word laugh) Monkey Smile Laugh-y (😆) Remember luffy is Sun God Nika the bringer of joy/laugh/smile. And as I watched the latest episode last night, pre df luffy wasnt as joyful and goofy ( but not too serious either) as the luffy we met in the first episode.

I don't think the will of D is a singular thing. We see all these characters acting in different manners even though they are D. Luffy is like dragon in the aspect of liberation, but like Roger in wanting to be free. They are kind of hand in hand. Niether are like Garp. Teach is completely different from all of them besides Rocks (which is why imo rocks is his dad.) I beleive the original D. characters had their individual will passed on to others, an the concept of it is just the strength of the will. We were told the ones with D. are enemies of the government, but Rodger helped Garp at God's Valley to stop rocks.

It's why he literally had to have a "training arc" in a wano jail to better his haki. That's not to say that his Haki is weak, just that he hasn't mastered it in any forms.

Luffy didn't master it in the time skip, idk what u talking about he only gained future sight in wholecake, ryou and conquerors infusion in wano. Mastered Haki of all kinds is probably Yonko/Admiral level power
I would argue Garp couldn’t have been Rogers rival without being able to use advanced conquers haki

Luffy on Amazon Lily. In the Post-War arc, one of the Five Elders stated that "D." means danger. After the timeskip, Law mentioned the Will of D. once more when Doflamingo asked him why he had so much faith in Luffy
I still think that D stands for Devil. Those with the initial D are known as the enemies of God and I have a theory that they descend from survivors from the Ancient Kingdom that created the Devil Fruits, so the D initial would stand for Devil. That's just my theory. Feel free to disagree.

I have to wonder if Oda has a curve all with Law's fruit. Yes, it can grant immortality, but could it also REMOVE immortality on someone who was the previous recipient? If Imu-sama is immortal, what if Law ended that immortality by reverse-engineering the procedure?

I'm glad you talked about the smiling when the D clan face death that was always one thing that stood out to me and I loved but when black beard didn't do it and fear for his life I don't think he is part of the D clan I'm sure he is lying to make the celestial dragons and the government fear him more
Unless he is the son of Rocks. There is a time span in-between the God valley incident an the birth time of black beard. It's pretty interesting especially because as the D clan stands. They are similar, but have a entirely different will then the rest.

Tbh I feel like what ever happened to the clan of D 800 years ago will parallel with what just happened in Wano with Kozoki clan and how they were usurped from the throne. D could mean Dawn like it did for Wano or it could be Destiny for it's thier destiny to come back and make everything right again after 800 years
since oda has started putting more emphasis on "bringing the dawn", i'm convinced the d. stands for dawn. it makes more sense then anything else and has the most nudges out of all the options. rewatching the series after the hito hito no mi: nika revelation, and so many things from all the way back in jia pointing towards it. and think the d. is similar. "the dawn" has been references for years at this point.
I think during the final war Blackbeard will try to steal the Nika Nika No Mi by killing Luffy and Law will use his immortality surgery to save Luffy.
Also, what if "D" stands for Devils and the Devil Fruits are created in Laugh Tale. This place is some kind of soul realm where souls gather, and pieces of some souls then attach to fruits / form fruits. These Devils fought the previous war against Celestial Dragons and lost, only leaving their will through people with D in their name.
This theory is quite good to me... But there's one thing tho... If laugh tale is that kind of place then why did Roger Said that HE CAME TOO EARLY??

black beard could have had three devil fruits its just he doesnt use the third much. the third devil fruit that i am talking about is the tako tako ni mo which gives the user to turn into a kraken or kraken hybrid. and because krakens/octopuses have three hearts he probably uses that devil fruit to allow him to have the darkness fruit and the quake quake fruit.

Grandlinereview went in depth about that myth when he did an episode about myths held in the fanbase. He also covered the myth about Zoro being the first mate.
Side note: Currently, Shanks holds the highest bounty of active characters after the defeat of Kaido and Big Mom. While Dragon or Silvers Rayleigh may have a higher bounty than Shanks, Oda has never shown either of them, so Shanks is currently the holder of the 'most wanted man' title based on what we know.

I figured out the will of D. The will of D is the power that mihawk observed luffy using during marineford. What if the will of D is like a powerful aura or will that is felt by people of similar wills and makes them instinctually loyal to the D member or something on these lines.
Monkey D garp.- hero of the marines. If garp was ever in trouble I’m positive dozens of Vice admirals, even some admirals, sengoku and other powerful marines would aid and protect him.
Monkey D dragon- leader of the revolutionaries, shares the will of everyone who wants to be free from oppression. Has all of the revolution at his command.
Trafalgar d Water law- corozon and sengoku didn’t turn him over to the marines, is loved and protected by the straw hat pirates
Marshall D teach - attracts the people with the worst and most evil wills. Has the Blackbeard pirates around him and would prob protect his life.
Saul- we know the least but aokiji did protect robin for Saul so while he didn’t protect him he didn’t protect the one he wanted to keep safe.
Portgas D ace- when facing execution. The entire whitebeard pirates and allies came to save him even knowing many would die in the process
