First, In a marriage, or relationship, period, your suppose to Compromise when it comes to career's and decision making. not just demand that the other spouse give up their dream completely and stay home and play house just to please him. what if Kim, asked him to retire completely and stay home 24 seven to take care of the baby with her, diaper changing and all? Think he would do it? hell no. he wants his way completely in a marriage. total control. and what i don't Understand, is both Nell and Jill both had active carreer's and couldn't stay home and cater to him all the time and he didn't ask them to give up their jobs. and he was will tie Jillian up to the point where after she and frank had sex in the elevator and the beach house, he told her he would never let her go, or give her a divorce. I agree Bob got pretty harsh with Faith, I think because he fears Faith will take too much time dwelling on it and in the process hurt herself. BUT, Bobby is so naive regarding Jill! He knows Frank very well and underestimates Jill's role in all of this. Bob was hurt way back when Frank was having the affair with Jill while still married to Bob's sister Delia. But Bob has never seen how Jill was just as responsible for hurting Delia as Frank was. So Bob has a huge blind spot when it comes to Jill! Whereas Faith sees Jill for the clever manipulator that she is!
