Only problem is land is little small compare to house. Over all is good. But If I live there must be outside Environments like Road, Hospital and specially country peoples must be good. And this one most Important factor not to buy for retirement. But I am really Impressed with Architacture and devloper good job.

For folks who knows some basic economics, there is no such thing called market keep going up, sometimes market corrects itself. In Nepal only reason land price keep going up is there is no mechanism to invest. Stock market in Nepal is not mature enough for ordinary folks to understand or invest. No instrument like 401k or roth to invest for future retirement. No places to invest in small business. So everyone who saves after hard work think purchasing land or house is the only option
I think the Perspective client for this house is not the one who is looking to make 7 lakh per month by keeping 10.5 cr in fixed deposit but the one who can afford the house and still makes millions per month by doing other business . Not everyone fits the mold
Nepal ma 10+ crore investment in land is understandable (probably common for gurkha army families who live abroad), but 10 crore house in Nepal lol, pointless. I would rather buy several properties abroad as prices are skyrocketting atm.

So for me the price is higher than my ability. I would be daring to afford to if it was upto 4.5. Thats what a good price is for me and prices or money are never enough to be too much !!
