This is bad advice. Adding all icons to the same master component makes it much harder to scale (what if you need more icons?) and makes your file very heavy (every time you add the icon component, it must load each variant in memory). It's a better idea to create a component for each unique icon (maybe with multiple sizes, or different styles, like for a checkbox), and a master icon component using instances.
I tried adding icons using your multiple component way but because of the heavy number of icons figma is not publishing my library. It gives an error after 199 (Unable to publish 9259 changes to the team library). What should I do to fix this issue? How will I be able to publish my library
Hey dude! I have done a couple of videos on these things. But will definitely look at doing more. Is there anything specific you would like me to look at? Here's one on autolayouts th-cam.com/video/gZjY0Q3ExxU/w-d-xo.html and here's one on prototyping interactive components th-cam.com/video/HhodhAayTis/w-d-xo.html
Nice! How do you create a iOS bottom navigation bar with interactive icons? I mean like different color when selected, or when selected have the icon in filled version, etc?
