Hey Matt, inspiring to see that you're still out and about with a leg injury. Could you do a video maybe about how you're not turning into mush from the time off lifting? I sprained my ankle the other day and not being at the gym to lift is killing me already!
Can still train upper body mate so hasn’t effected me too much in that sense

@@MattDoesFitness in Australia, there is a burger at maccas called the Big Brekkie Burger. Basically it's a bun of a quarter pounder, it has a 10:1 patty (cheeseburger patty), a hashbrown, BBQ sauce (you call it brown sauce), egg, bacon and from memory a sausage patty as well. (Would need to double check tho)
In Australia we have a breaky burger which has egg,bacon,sausage and hashbrown in it. We also had a coffee milkshake which was bomb!!
AND Melbourne (dunno about the rest) all menu all day… breaky at dinner and dinner at breaky.. which for a shift worker looking to eat dinner at 5am… it’s honestly… the best thing ever.

Another banger, how’s the leg? Also quick question, I’ve been working on my squat form and it seems good but I always get lower back pains after doing squats in my leg session. Could that be the squats or a underlying problem with my back? Thanks mate
Achilles is coming along mate & I'd need to see your squat mechanics to say for sure. If your back is neutral/straight & you're bracing properly, you shouldn't have any issues 👍

@@lupoz5180 I'm no expert - just putting that out there - but I found putting a weight plate under my toes shifted the weight slightly back and forced me to push through my heels more.
I also did a couple of extra warm up exercises that targeted my glutes to wake them up so they could engage more. Then I dropped the weight I was lifting back a bit to improve the form. Once that was done I could increase the amount of weight again.
Obviously what works for one person may not for another but just thought I'd give it a quick mention.
Matt next time you head to australia try the big brekkie burger. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

in canada we have Timmies... aka Tim Hortans. one if the breakfast items is a farmers wrap which you can get with either sausage or bacon. it is a tortilla wrap with egg, sausage or bacon, hot sauce and a hashbrown. it's pretty damn delicious. .
I can’t eat gluten so I order a bacon and egg burger without the buns and get 2 hash browns and use them as the bun 🍔 try it! Yum 😋

I used to eat fillet of fishes in the late 80s to early 90s until a story in the national news papers telling of someone who bought one and bit into it and half a worm was left hanging out the fish, never eaten one since .
i enjoy mcdonalds hashbrowns on its own. cuz u get the crunch. when u put it inside a mcmuffin it just makes it soggy and all carby no flavor too much going on lol!
