Ever wondered how a medical practitioner balances a hectic schedule with consistent gym routines? Let's dive into my day!
Here is an insight to a productive day in my life as a Medical Practitioner - Physician Associate, in United Kingdom. I will also share my Top Tips how to start working out in 2025, week of workouts and set realistic goals day by day, my workout routine, and how to be consistent and stay motivated.
Remember, that not every day will be your best and it's OKAY to fall short here and there. Just make sure to keep pushing, track a diary and above all keep your head up!
It’s all about staying positive and Deen. Train for the sake of Allah and in’shaa’Allah become stronger both physically and spiritually!
Perhaps you can try this Morning Routine (5:00 AM - 7:00
Alarm at 5:00 AM - sleep early to do this!
Hydration & Mindfulness: Drink water, 5-minute reflecting on verses of the Quran.
Tip #1 - Set a Schedule: Plan workouts like critical appointments. Prepping gear the night before saves time!
Gym Session (7:00 AM - 8:30 AM)
Workout Structure (tweak if you need to):
Warm-Up: Dynamic stretches (arm circles, leg swings).
Strength Training: Deadlifts (4 sets, 8-10 reps), Bench Press (3 sets, 10-12 reps).
Cardio: 20-minute treadmill incline walk.
Tip #2 - Track Progress: Log workouts to see gains and stay motivated. Apps or journals work!
Post-Workout Meal: Protein shake, oatmeal, berries.
