In 1966, my parents gave me a duplicate of this car except mine had a white top, It was somewhat tired by then. A head gasket blew in 1967. The motor blew in early 1968. It was towed and I pulled the head at -20 F on the street outside the tow lot. No place to warm up. Piston had a hole in the top. Towed 125 miles and repaired (sort of), Blew a main a couple months later and it went to the junk yard in Little Falls, MN. I was drafted and did not own another car until the Spring of 1971.
my dad bought a new two door same color. when i was twelve it was the first car i ever drove ( i was twelve ) one thing i would like to do again in my life ( but it can't be done ) is smell the interior of a brand new 54 chevy . i think a lot about that smell .

I have my Dad's brown 1954 Chevrolet Biscayne which he bought new.

210 is the chevy car model. Belair is a 210 with all the extra trim and air/heat options.

For a 25,000 original Miles , the motor sound no good .
