Just installed this, the hazard lights won’t turn on and is the only issue I’m experiencing. what is the problem? This video shows a different white tipped plug going into my k150. It has a big black plug on a blue wire connected to it but no where to plug it into

Installed this kit in my 2014 f150 with a pioneer avh-2550nex stereo and I am experiencing an audio delay. All the button controls, steering wheel or otherwise have a couple second delay. Is this a maestro issue or a pioneer issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated

th-cam.com/video/KhNtp4VvY64/w-d-xo.html 3:22 in the video shows the gen 1/2 differences. I think that's what you're referring to.

What is the purpose to use OBDII connector ???

I know it’s a late response but the OBDII connector comes with the Maestro RR kit which when used with supporting aftermarket radios allows you to keep all the Ford Sync features while also displaying live data information like tire pressure, voltage, engine load, and many others including letting you read engine codes all through the radio.

@@Multi68stang so it's not necessary? the less connections the better in my opinion

The OBDll connector isn’t really needed no but is pretty much plug and play with no need for any splicing so it’s pretty easy to install though. The biggest headache was wiring the iDatalink RR module to the radio and getting it all in the dash.
If you do go with this setup I highly recommend finding a place for the iDatalink RR module that is easy to get to without having to take the whole dash apart.
