It's actually Rajasthani halwa called "sira"...in some parts of Rajasthan called "Ravee".....in Punjab it called "kada"....in many temples used as Prasad.....Jain people use to break thier upwas (fasting)......use little more extra GHEE, U will get nice Aroma n good colour to halwa......eat immediately as u made (GARAM)...if going to spread n cutting as burfi.... it's cooldown n spoil the taste..... don't go for spread n cutting to burfi pcs......in winter n rainy times it goes better....consume immediately as it's hot 🔥
