In America, a common reaction to an offensive joke is "too soon". Here in the UK, when the queen died, I managed to whatsapp a joke about it 30 minutes later. My friend reacted with, "yeah I heard that one already."
Im just still surprised that when all the royals were going up north to balmoral to see the queen that prince andrew didint offer to look after the kids

I had no idea we had those kind of things here, but in any case the parade was cancelled, and of course the joke that was being tolled everywhere was, "Ironic, a gay pride parade being cancelled because of a queen."

Jade Goody (03:45) was a contestant on Big Brother. She came across as being a complete idiot, but she got fame from it, so much so she became a "celebrity" (she even went back on Celebrity Big Brother). She was diagnosed as having terminal cervical cancer. She married Jake Tweet four weeks before her death, hence Frankie's 'joke'.
Boyle's second joke regarding "Madeline", refers to the disappearance and (presumed) murder of Madeline McCann who went missing in 2007 when she and her parents were on holiday in Portugal. Her parents were criticized (and even implicated) in the kidnapping because they left her (aged 3 at the time) at their apartment whilst they went out to dinner with friends.
You missed that she was left with her younger twin brothers. The parents are also very litigious over anyone criticising them for leaving 3 young children alone while they went for dinner.
Jade Goody was a spectacularly thick but engaging character who came to prominence from Big Brother TV show. She married (the unpleasant but handsome) Jack Tweed just before she died of cervical cancer. Too add to that Jade Goody was famous for appearing on the 3rd series of the (UK version of the) reality TV show Big Brother, and came across as being not very intelligent at all. IIRC I think came 4th in that series. She later appeared as a housemate on Celebrity Big Brother in 2007, and was involved in a controversial racism row with the Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty who was also a housemate on the same series. Jade Goody got her diagnosis for cervical cancer shortly after she left the show and she passed away only a few months after beings told it was untreatable. As for the person previously known as “Jordan” she is more commonly referred to by her real name which is Katie Price. She used to be a glamour model in the late 90’s early 2000’s, got obsessed with cosmetic surgery, has had numerous boob jobs, and is overall a very unpleasant narcissist. Her eldest son Harvey was born with Prader-Willis Syndrome (Google it) and is severely disabled. She has been married several times, and Aussie singer Peter Andre was her first marital victim. Currently she is officially bankrupt, owes about £3million to her creditors, but somehow still manages to afford luxury holidays/vacations and expensive cosmetic surgery procedures. She has several children who all have ADD … All Different Dads!

For the Jack Tweed/Jade Goody joke: Jade Goody was a "legendary" character on the reality show Big Brother. She had always been the centre of controversy, however it was revealed that she had terminal cervical cancer. Her boyfriend at the time, Jack Tweed, agreed to marry her before she died because it was her last dying wish. So to make as much money as possible for Jack and for her children, she sold her story to several news outlets, magazines etc etc. and they got married literally 3 weeks before she died. Saying this though, I cannot believe she died in 2009, Jesus Christ time is flying...

Jade Goody was a rather obnoxious loud-mouth "star" of Big Brother who went on after the show to have quite a few 'reality-style' TV shows of her own. She was in the press quite a lot, usually concerning who she was dating at any given time. She was diagnosed in 2009 with Cervical Cancer and died of it that year but not before marrying her then Fiancé, Jack Tweed (who Boyle is referencing)
The Frankie Boyle jokes were about: 1. Jade Goody. Who was a celeb after being featured on big brother but was really hated by the nation after she came out with some distasteful comments. She got cancer and passed away in 2009 and got married to some guy while she was dying. 2. Madeline was 'Madeline McCann' the little girl who went missing during a family holiday years ago and was never found. 3. Jordan is some page 3 girl that's a celeb and she had a son with some kind of health condition... He was a big boy! When he was like 3 he looked like he could hold his own in a bar fight. Just for some context lol

Whilst most Americans think of Castles and etiquette = UK. Tha fact is that the UK is more Court Jesters, quick rebuttals, beer and pubs. We are still like that to this day.
Jade Goody was a Tv personality. Her first appearance on Tv was in a show called Big Brother.
She passed away in 2009 of cancer.
The swcond guy is Tim Minchin. Brilliant at musical satire and amazing pianist. Thank You God, Inflatable You, Lullaby and Dark Side (Awesome version) are worth a look, even if its not a reacrion.
Yeah and he is not a pom he is a Aussie.
Religion is a far bigger target outside of the USA .
My personal favourite Minchin song is the "3 minute song" he did for the Royal Variety Show. Very clever.
Just FYI- Tim Minchin, the 2nd dude, is an Aussie
Kerry Katona went bancrupt hence the empty boxes at Xmas. Jade Goody died of cancer and got married not long before she died. Madeline is Madeline McCann the 3yr old that went missing on holiday and bc her parents are rich they were never suspects and never charged with neglect despite leaving the kids alone in a hotel room while they went for a meal with friends and only checked in on the kids they left alone 😔 Jordans son Harvey is disabled and he's huge so very powerful
Too add to that Jade Goody was famous for appearing on the 3rd series of the (UK version of the) reality TV
show Big Brother, and came across as being not very intelligent at all. IIRC I think came 4th in that series.
She later appeared as a housemate on Celebrity Big Brother in 2007, and was involved in a controversial
racism row with the Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty who was also a housemate on the same series.
Jade Goody got her diagnosis for cervical cancer shortly after she left the show and she passed
away only a few months after beings told it was untreatable.
As for the person previously known as “Jordan” she is more commonly referred to by her real name
which is Katie Price. She used to be a glamour model in the late 90’s early 2000’s, got obsessed
with cosmetic surgery, has had numerous boob jobs, and is overall a very unpleasant narcissist.
Her eldest son Harvey was born with Prader-Willis Syndrome (Google it) and is severely disabled.
She has been married several times, and Aussie singer Peter Andre was her first marital victim.
Currently she is officially bankrupt, owes about £3million to her creditors, but somehow still
manages to afford luxury holidays/vacations and expensive cosmetic surgery procedures.
She has several children who all have ADD … All Different Dads!
@@DJGM1974 Lets not forget Harveys INSPIRATIONAL advice on dealing with bullies!

Great react video. You should do more react to Jimmy Carr content. he's truly hilarious.
The best thing about our British humour - nothing is off limits, absolutely nothing.
Apart from Jokes about nazi pug dogs, you get arrested for that!!!
That Madelaine McCann joke made me laugh so much.
Lovely to hear you laugh again, after all of those "stupid americans" reaction videos! :D
Another great vid. You should do Gary Delaney Ruthless One Liners
The joke at the end about Jordan(Katie Price) and her son Harvey was actually the joke that forced Katie to sue Frankie Boyle.
And Frankie Boyle to go full Guardian Opinion Writer.
@@Lumibear. exactly, he went full woke hypocrite after Price sued him.
@@charlesbrown4941what nonsense, he's one of the most anti woke/PC comedians going
@@aeris2001 you only have to read all the comments to know your very wrong. Some of us remember him 25 years ago. He got in a lot of trouble, realised he was going to loose his living so completely sold himself out, even calling out other comedians/his colleagues to make himself look better.
Thats british humour for u, brutal and full of graveyard comedy(or whatever u call it in english) yet delivered in a way that still makes u laugh.
For future reference we call it "gallows humour" in English.
@@WeWillAlwaysHaveVALIS ok thanks!
Back then when Frankie was at his peak!
Thanks to the algorithm, you’ve got a new subscriber, British as well, well Geordie….
Jade Goody was a young woman who was quite annoying but she became famous for winning Big Brother UK and she got Cancer and passed away leaving 2 kids behind
You worried me there sometimes. I thought you were going to have a heart attack from laughing so much. More British comedy please. I think you'd love Jimmy Carr dealing with hecklers.
Frankie writes material for Jimmy.
For the Jack Tweed/Jade Goody joke:
Jade Goody was a "legendary" character on the reality show Big Brother.
Your laugh somehow reminds of Robin Williams' giggle, it's really heartwarming and contagious man. Great fun!
Imagine going to any of those shows completely unaware 😂👌 I love our comedians here
The Mecca joke was the funniest joke a woman's ever told
🤦🏻♂️
@@romainsavioz5466 what's a funnier one then
Even though the females in the audience are shocked to start with, they soon start to laugh and appreciate the joke…because it’s a JOKE PEOPLE! 😂😂😂
Good afternoon Jimmy Carr is so over the line that it has you in tears of laughter non stop,.
I think it takes a certain sense of humor to get these kind of jokes and not be offended.
I think alot don't get the British etc/Australian/new Zealand jokes I've noticed some take it literally and seriously.
I didn't understand that one guy either his accent was way to strong for my ears.
Thanks for the laughs have an amazing weekend
it was a reference to the Madeleine McCann, who parents left her in her room while they socialised with other guest on a holiday.......Madeleine McCann has not been seen since, but obviously because her parents had high ranking an respected jobs, they are totally innocent!!
THIS
Nah, they’re innocent because every respectable and independent look at the evidence rules them out as viable suspects. This is everyone from Scotland Yard, to the FBI, to PI’s. They were irresponsible but innocent.
They had something to do with that? I'd put my life on it
@@JoelWende Of course they never get it wrong do they. Listen a gieving mother does not leave her other children behind to go and fly to another country and visit the Pope, that is not a normal mother.
@@JoelWende I will also add if it was another couple they did not work in thier field did the same, the social services would remove the other Children.
A couple of these comedians are Actually Australian but have lived in the UK in past or currently Aussie and brittish humour is similar
The comment about "fucking stay home and don't go out" absolutely!
Jimmy Carr is ridiculously funny and I would highly recommend that you watch his stand-up shows if you like this stuff
Some of them (like Jimmy Carr's) are offensive but they're also funny. They're good jokes. Some of the others seemed to be offensive for the sake of being offensive with little to know thought of a joke. I didn't notice any joke in the microphone clip.
6:47 - You should know better than to have a drink... you almost had a spit-take!
I've seen most of these guys live in smaller clubs (and more offensive comedians). They do make me laugh but also it it's not my duty to laugh. I've seen Frankie Boyle a few times and there are moments when the collective hysteria falls away. But still a brilliant gig. Jerry Sadowitz used to be a revelation. Now he is a shell and a .... inshell! sorry.
The Frankie Boyle jokes were about:
Mock the week was one of my all time favourite tv shows. Frankie boyle was the goat back then
‘People say there’s safety in numbers, yeah, tell that to 6 million Jews!’
Honestly one of the cleverest jokes you will ever hear! The word play is so smart that you actually forget it’s a holocaust joke for a second 😂😂😂
