- Basterma with duck was cooked today at grandma's house! In this method, we wash the ducks well and season them with spices, then we prepare a special sauce for the duck from a combination of several types of pickles and coat the ducks with it. In this cooking method, the rice is heated a little in water and the duck We keep the raw material between two layers of this rice
This dish cooks for three to six hours on low heat, I hope you enjoy watching this grandmother's dish!
