One thing I noticed about fragrance reviewers who are paid to hype a fragrance is that most of the time, although they sing praises about the fragrance, it never really pops up again later in any of their favorite or top 10 lists. It’s a one time appearance and that is just sketchy.
I bought their skincare stuff. They are very legit. Cleared up my face very well. Kinda expensive when you're used to shopping at Walmart, but their pricing is fair when it comes to the top shelf stuff.

I think brands usually submit their own fragrances to Fragrantica. The reason it isn’t there is likely because Blu Atlas never submitted it and no editors at Fragrantica have bothered to add it.

back when the bottle was different (clear instead of black) i always thought it was fishy how it was at the top of every men's fragrance list online yet, at the time, I could not find a single review for it on youtube. fast forward to today and I'm looking for mens face masks, lo and behold, blu atlas is at the top of every list. came to YT to check out the fragrance again and I'm glad that you made this video because it means my suspicions were warranted,
So I am typical Chanel de bleu type of person who likes to stick with that type of scent. I own Chanel bleu, Armani aqua de gio, and I'll usually always have a bottle of tom Ford's ombre leather. I tried savauge by dior and felt that something was just missing and made it almost synthetic smelling to me...then I ordered blue atlas and now I own a bottle. It's my go-to. It's what I wish sauvage had smelled like. I would say if you mixed Dior sauvage with chanel bleu and added a hint of melon scent, that's what Atlas Atlantis smells like and it's amazing. Not synthetic smelling at all. If you like the above aforementioned parfums and edps, aside from sauvage Dior because that was disappointing and synthetic smelling, you're going to want to try this one out. It's just fantastic and it's not too loud. It actually lasts around six to eight hours too. Definitely worth the price and I never say that, however, considering what other designer colognes and parfums go for, it is. Give it a whirl.

I am a big fan of Blu Atlas hygiene products as all natural body wash / deodorant / shampoo condition ... and HUGE FAN of their skincare products, sure a somewhat pricey brand.. but very high quality natural ingredients... having said that I was curious where some these fragrance experts for lack of better term, stood on the alantis cologne, as someone who likes higher end designer and niche fragrances, I understand this is more of an entry level simple safe bet, thought maybe use it as a safe gym fragrance.. I may pass on it, and got to higher quality colognes.

They seem to have a problem with their packaging because my bottle was broken when I received it. Customer service was great, and they sent a new bottle right out As far as the fragrance itself, I am not a big fan, like you say, it is OK, but nothing I would probably recommend to another person. At the 100.00 price point, you can do much better. Love your content!!
Thought it was alright, smells like something you would get from bath & body works (clean soapy and fruity, in my opinion, the longevity is crazy on it though with 70+ degree weather, and the dry down is better than first sprays.
Ash, they put the bottle in the box already damaged or at least cracked, and then it kept bumping around and breaking more. Literally shipped it broken.
Did you contact their customer service? They're very helpful... I've never used their cologne but one time my moisturizer jar came and the lid felt a little loose so I emailed them and they sent another bottle immediately.

Your description of the scent is really accurate. I have had it since it first came out. Lol, my bottle was not broken and the package was fine. I think it's a slightly above average scent. A slight sweet apricot or peach with some woods in there. It also has this unusual cold or chilled feel to it in the opening. Maybe that's just me. But having said all that, if you want compliments it gets a lot. Especially from females. For what it is it seems to outkick it's coverage. But for what it is the price is still high.

A hugh number of people really dig this fragrance.
Wouldn't a broken bottle mean that the liquid is exposed to the air and wouldn't that change the fragrance? I own this eau de parfum and can confidently say that I am getting way more notes than what you're saying. Are you going to review the non-broken bottle they sent you?
I received a sample travel spray of this last week. Provided it's legit i have to say I'm in no way impressed enough to dump 100.00 on a full bottle. It's not as nice as the hype behind it imo. Kudos to you for the honest review.

The first release of this fragrance was bergamot, clary sage and patchouli and it came in a clear bottle. I think it smells better than this new release.
After I bought the "#1 rated men's cologne in America" I swallowed what controlled messaging really means. 😮 It launched me on the road of frag reviews, sampling, and ultimately collecting. Atlantis is fresh, somewhat shower-clean marine, moderate projection, and mostly inoffensive. More interesting and complex frags are available for this price. Karma cracked that bottle, Ash . . . sorry you got wet!
Another honest reviewer. Blu Atlas is just meh to me. Luckily I didn't fall for the hype and got a decant or else I'd be out $100 for a bland fragrance. Definitely a $30 frag or less. Wait for the hype to die down and get it for cheap.
I got mine, my bottle had a spilled. I got a replacement with no hassle. The second bottle also have a little spilled. Not a big issue. I do love the fragrance but my complaint is the duration. Is not a long lasting fragrance.
That's strange. One of mine lasted like two hours...that was a tester. I bought the bottle of Atlas and now it lasts a full eight hour work shift. I think it's a combination of things including the person. Alot of people will make the easy mistake of ordering a tester that is an edp or t, instead of the actual parfum, which is what happened to me with Armani aqua. I love the atlas smell. It's not synthetic smelling and it's what sauvage Dior aspired to be. Sauvage smells synthetic. I said mid sauvage with chanel bleu and a hint of melon, and you have blue atlas.
@@DigAPonyY I gotcha. I also love the smell. I just feel it doesn't last as long on me. Like you said, it could be a number of factors. I have the same performance with Dolce Gabana the One. Since you mentioned Dior Savage I own both Eau de Perfum and the Perfum. When I use it, it last on me forever. Even after taking a shower, I can smell the sent if I sniff it closely. Going back to Atlas, I can't complain about their customers service. I received the replacement one and it had a minor spilled. Not a big issue for me. I emailed back the rep thanking him for the replacement and did mention I had a minor spilled so they can look into it. Maybe a bad bash of bottles. I don't know. I just made the suggestion. A couple of hours later I got a full refund. So, that right there made me trust the company and will buy more products from them.
I brought it almost a year ago, I didn't like it at. But as my nose has grown, I can now appreciate that very masculine and spicy scent. Its cool, but all the hype......maybe im missing something.
I remember a while back seeing a ton of video reviews for this popping up. I know there's talk on TH-cam lately about reviewers getting paid or whatever, and I ain't never got a problem with people getting paid, but this is why I tend to skip the obviously sponsored videos.

Thanks for an honest review. Any fragrance that spends so much money on advertising is usually garbage. Some of the other reviewers are clearly paid off.
I actually like this one, I don’t reach for it much but do enjoy the smell

All of you need to watch this video, think critically, and realize all of the popular fragrance reviewers who would not be as honest and transparent as Ashton was here about the pay to review scheme with some fragrances. Just about all of the big names would not have done this . Remember sboy to just name one incident. Thank you Ashton for keeping it 💯
The first release of this fragrance was bergamot, clary sage and patchouli and it came in a clear bottle. I think it smells better than this new release.

the opening is lemony, but after a hour it smells great different in its own. it last the whole day
My cousin gifted this to me because he didn't see himself wearing it regularly. I loved it. I'm now on my 3rd bottle.
After I bought the "#1 rated men's cologne in America" I swallowed what controlled messaging really means. 😮 It launched me on the road of frag reviews, sampling, and ultimately collecting. Atlantis is fresh, somewhat shower-clean marine, moderate projection, and mostly inoffensive. More interesting and complex frags are available for this price. Karma cracked that bottle, Ash . . . sorry you got wet!

Another honest reviewer. Blu Atlas is just meh to me. Luckily I didn't fall for the hype and got a decant or else I'd be out $100 for a bland fragrance. Definitely a $30 frag or less. Wait for the hype to die down and get it for cheap.
I got mine, my bottle had a spilled. I got a replacement with no hassle. The second bottle also have a little spilled. Not a big issue. I do love the fragrance but my complaint is the duration. Is not a long lasting fragrance.
That's strange. One of mine lasted like two hours...that was a tester. I bought the bottle of Atlas and now it lasts a full eight hour work shift. I think it's a combination of things including the person. Alot of people will make the easy mistake of ordering a tester that is an edp or t, instead of the actual parfum, which is what happened to me with Armani aqua. I love the atlas smell. It's not synthetic smelling and it's what sauvage Dior aspired to be. Sauvage smells synthetic. I said mid sauvage with chanel bleu and a hint of melon, and you have blue atlas.
@@DigAPonyY I gotcha. I also love the smell. I just feel it doesn't last as long on me. Like you said, it could be a number of factors. I have the same performance with Dolce Gabana the One. Since you mentioned Dior Savage I own both Eau de Perfum and the Perfum. When I use it, it last on me forever. Even after taking a shower, I can smell the sent if I sniff it closely. Going back to Atlas, I can't complain about their customers service. I received the replacement one and it had a minor spilled. Not a big issue for me. I emailed back the rep thanking him for the replacement and did mention I had a minor spilled so they can look into it. Maybe a bad bash of bottles. I don't know. I just made the suggestion. A couple of hours later I got a full refund. So, that right there made me trust the company and will buy more products from them.
I brought it almost a year ago, I didn't like it at. But as my nose has grown, I can now appreciate that very masculine and spicy scent. Its cool, but all the hype......maybe im missing something.
I remember a while back seeing a ton of video reviews for this popping up.
I know there's talk on TH-cam lately about reviewers getting paid or whatever, and I ain't never got a problem with people getting paid, but this is why I tend to skip the obviously sponsored videos.
