    How often do you train for this type of stuff? How many years ? How many times per week? Do you do any weight training as well? Do you use any peds? Amazing stuff your able to do!!!

      10 years, I'm doing push exercises at least 2-3 times a week focusing strictly on endurance (pyramids, emoms, circular routines). No added weight, bodyweight only. Sorry, I don't know what "peds" mean, so I probably don't use it. 😅 Thank you so much ! 👊🏻🙏🏽

    👏👏👏Prejako brate, uspeo sam doći do 1200 za 1h, tako da znam kolko je nerealan ovaj tempo, a bogami i bolovi u ledjima već sutradan.

    Care,ovo je BOLESNOOOO...znaci ljudi nisu svjesni kolko je ovo tesko... 2000 propadanja u 60 minuta znaci da covjek treba napravit 34 propadanja svake minute tjst. 2 propadanja svake sekunde unutar tih sat vremena....znaci brate svaka cast,neopterecuj se debilima koji ce vjerovat il nece...dajem ruku da na ovim prostorima ovo niko nije napravio ovolko clean ko ti,a vjerovatno ni u cijelome svijetu..pratim te vec godinama,jos dok si bio u shypka official do dana danasnjeg i sve si veca i veca zvijer samo tako nastavi. Puno podrske od pravih sw ljudi!!!!

    what is your bench press max? it is very interesting to see if there is a dependence on such a volume with its weight, strength

      I never really tried it, but I will once I get a chance, I'm also interested in seeing the result, although I don't think it will be anything impressive considering the lack of neuromuscular connection with the movement and adaption to such a high intensity.

      @@bruno_zgela it will be an interesting experience, because I trained purposefully for the bench press and I was not very good at it, the maximum I could do was 95, but when I started to train with my own weight and with an additional one on the dips, my bench press became 110 kg)

      It definitely would. Fighitng depends a lot on muscle endurance so maybe not exactly this type of sets, but more like circular type of trainings would definitely help to boost that endurance. 👊

    Jel mozes da snimis klip o tome i da kazes tvoje misljenje? Da li si ruke dobio od osnovnih vezbi(dips i push ups) ili si ubacivao i izolacijske vezbe(triceps extension,biceps curls itd)

      Velikim dijelom ovisi genetika o samom izgledu ruke i o tome koji misic ce biti veci, koji manji i dali ce se trebati ubaciti neke izolacije kako bi se neki misic mogao istaknuti vise u odnosu na drugi, ali high reps treninzi sa kratkim odmorima ce ostvarit najbrze rezultate po pitanju njihove sveukupne punoce zbog same adaptacije misica na taj tip treninga. Ja ne radim izolacije tako da kod mene je ovo sve stvoreno bazicnim vjezbama koje si nabrojao, iako znam ljude koji treniraju na slican nacin kao ja pa im ruke opet ne izgledaju ovako zbog duzine misica i razlike u njihovom hvatistu...

      @@TheNikola97 pa za kineza znamo da je uradio 500 za 15 minuta sto je isti tempo kao i ovaj ali koliko mislim i znam da kinez ne bi mogao ovako dugo da gura ovaj tempo , kinez je rekao da kada bude spreman probace 1000 za 30min ali to jos uvek nije uradio naravno na sve ovo treba uzeti u obzir da kinez ima 90kg i da je sa tom kilazom ovo teze postici takodje i sa kinezovom visinom ali videcemo sve je moguce a sto se tice asketa za njega ne znam koliko je jak na propadanjima ali sumnjam sa bi mogao ovo da odradi

      Sljedeci setovi ce definitivno ukljucivat puno vise zgibova, ali ovo je definitivno nesto za sam kraj. 😅

      Imas primjer pulla na mom profilu pod "zajednica", iako nije najoptimalniji za hipertrofiju zbog malog odmora koji stvara veliku zadihanost, ali ako trazis i izdrzljivost uz sve to onda definitivno preporucujem da probas. 👊🏻
