We usually fly business class LGW to COK. Anything for our dear little one to be comfortable. The flight is not very well maintained, and it is not luxurious like Emirates. But cabin service is good and obviously can sleep laying down. For us the cost is worth it. We have a Cybex libelle stroller that folds compact and can fit in the overhead bin. Car Seat will need to be checked in though, it is free in addition to usual luggage allowance.
