Here I give my thoughts on what I feel is the final point to review the Ninja 500.
    I talk about
    The specs
    Available mods
    Ninja 400 carry overs
    And more!
I DID FORGET to mention that the NINJA 500 has the same clutch issues as the ninja 400 had. HOWEVER, you may not have those problems if you don't push the bike as much! Also meant to say I've seen it all as the basic maintenance lol.
This bike has been very generous to me and I'm extremely thankful for everything it has taught me. I'm looking forward for more miles to come! I daily and commute this bike everywhere. Whether it's to work or to events and I plan onto for a long time!
Why the Ninja 500 is the best Beginner bike for anyone!

    Night Ride!
    • ECU FLASHED NINJA 500 ...
    Thanks for watching!
    Until next time!

as a 14 year veteran squid I can say the ninja 500 with proper mods is a beast. as much as I love going "186" its much more comfortable to just cruise around and maxing this out makes it feel faster than it actually is because its a feather. I would really suggest getting puig lever guards with bar end mirrors because as much as I love the stealth ones they're useless, I still use em for cosmetics but the bar end will actually give you some visibility and don't stick out much. Also, as a 5'5 rider I can say if you ever do upgrade to a 600/750/1000 check out gsxr's, they typically sit lower than most litres and I can flat foot my 07 gsxr 1000

Appreciate it! I have a few buddies who are just a bit taller than me who does ride gsxr's. I never bothered looking into the seat height of those before so i appreciate the input. I will say as a new rider, I do enjoy maxing these small displacement bikes out. It gives me a rush hearing the bike in high rpms. It's nice that i can max out 4th gear at 100mph and still feel safe lol

@@Sayo.451 I've used mine as a daily for the past month and a half just because of how nice it is to ride even as a non beginner rider. It'll teach you a lot about the important stuff too because of how nimble and forgiving the throttle is. Keep hitting them streets!

Great video, I can do clutchless shifting and also clutchless downshifting on my cfmoto 300nk . Looking into getting an kawasaki as my next motorcycle.

@@PoPoRides nice! Idk much about different bikes so I didn't wanna assume whether they could or couldn't. If you're looking for speed upgrades, I love the zx4rrs and the zx6r. However the zx4, you may need to flash the ecu if you're in the U.S.

Have you figured out how to set the shift light? The manual only shows you how to do it on the tft display

    • @Sayo.451
      @Sayo.451  2 วันที่ผ่านมา

@@entropy5125 I dont believe the base models have a shift light. The SE versions do have a tft display so they maybe have a shift light.
One thing that could help you is - all the ninja 500s have this light on the dash that tells you when you're riding in the most efficient gas saving speeds. So if you're looking for a shifter light to help with knowing what rpms to shift and what speed to be in what gears, that could help! I forgot to throw this in the video! The light has three circles formed in a triangle shape. So imagine a triangle with 3 circles in it without the outer three lines of the triangle. If i remember correctly, its towards the right side of the dash. Hope that makes sense!
