I have Redmi 14C and I love this phone the Camera quality is Good it's not the best but it's good,the battery lasts me my entire day and it's design is sexy I love Redmi 14C but I would love to Upgrade to Poco X6 pro in the future but I am unemployed.
Getting a charger in the box depends on the region, I've seen a different unboxing of the 14c where there's no charger in the box and the box is really flat to prove it. It comes with a 33w charger but the phone only supports 18w charging. If you have a device that supports 33w, you can just use that same charger for it. It's a W for me. I'm using the 14c right now (8+256) and with my experience so far, I have only positive opinions about it
Favour is a lier 13c is what am using and I swear is the best android phone I have used so far I have used infinix and techno but am not going back to them because redmi is giving me what I want❤

My sister bought me this phone a week ago. After some Time using it i noticed that Mi turbo fast charging was gone i have no idea where to find it, next is about the battery performance it drain after 10 hours use if i let it rest the battery life will extend one day, and the charging performance becomes horrible it takes about 1-4 hours when in use or not, as of now even the keyboard that i am typing into i am noticing delay i regretted this😢
this is also the reason that i mistakenly clicked the update button even though I'm not. the gaming performance on roblox. The quality is so poor even the fps booster feature of the phone is a scam! if I turn lower or higher graphics they are the same 😢
Hmm... that's a tough situation to be in. I recommend contacting the company's customer support for assistance. Also, check the battery settings for the turbo charge.

new batteries consume more power to adjust to usage and charging patterns which drains more battery. don't worry, this is completely normal for all phones and become normal after a few weeks.

I'm using this phone mainly for youtube and spotify listening and I don't have any problem. This phone is NOT for gaming or heavy apps.
