i learn this da bei zhou in prison...that time i take drugs go inside prison..then my mother pass me this book,,,i everyday learn to chant it..it helps me stay very clam..got 84 gods and buddah come help you....from heaven...if people put black magic on you...you chat this da bei zhou... and Om Mani Paime hom...they sure vommit blood 1...and the gods and buddah will return the black magic to them...this is a very big zhou...

Dabeizhou is a tibetan for the sanskrit nilakantha dharani which has repetitive incantation ending with swaha. Such as "maha siddhaya swaha" is changed to "moho shi to ye sa po ho" in tibetan.
Even better if you can chant along with him. It's a mantra (or sutra). Doesn't really matter, the energies created when you chant this are positive and it helps you in your daily life.
