Thanks for the comments Mike. I Went back here today and the scary thing is there were loads of broken bottles and beer cans left laying around, even a fire had been lit this is just fool hardy as CO2 is always present at higher than normal levels, with the addition of fire it would multiply this to potentially catastrophic levels for the would be pranksters, high CO2 is like being drunk, so topped off with all this alcohol they were playing a dangerous game as they would not realise what was happening. O2 is not the best in some of the areas, although levels are not dangerous mixing with smoke could change the balance, couple this with extended time inside and invisible effects of radon gas, that has caused cancer in a lot of older miners, they could be putting themselves at unnecessary risk.
Really interesting but the music is like something you have to listen to when waiting in a queue on the phone ! The commentary is good so you don't want to turn the sound off. MORE COMMENTARY, GARY, AND DITCH THE MUSIC.
Thanks Jan, point taken but a lot of subscribers like the music and I compose the music all myself, bar a few little snippets, it's not easy and stops youtube complaining about copyright. Thanks
An excellent video that shows the dangers these miners faced on a daily basis, It was hard physical work as there was no modern machinery like they have today, in those days most and many things that are made with plastic now were made with tin, Tin had better qualities for many different types of food preservation than plastic as have been proved for centuries.
