The new door puzzle was a huge improvement. It was very engaging, high-stakes, and almost resulted in multiple players being downed. Removing the blue dragon just makes sense, too. Thanks again!

While these are beautiful graphics and a cool concept, we must ask logically "Why would Kazan have constructed his secret entry code this way?" Kazan was an ally of Strahd's and is dead long before the characters arrive in Barovia. One could argue that there were prophecies, but as a Strahd minion, why would he be seeing his benefactor's overthrow as a positive thing? Why would he use that as the entry code to his own secret tower? I believe it warrants a rethink in this case, Maestro.
In Legends of Barovia Khazan is not Strahds all and was betrayed and stuck down by Strahd. Please review the book, player hand out Myth of Khazan. You can kind in on the website under player hand-outs.
