Thank you bro for sharing your information. Most people are so secretive about fishing but you are super helpful. I plan to fish this lake next year quite a bit. When do you usually start fishing this lake for kokanee?. Thanks again for your video.

Thank you for checking out! There is a fishing ban 1st dec to 28th feb. When ice is off Kokanee fishing can be really productive by jigging. Super fun. Its a relatively a small lake so good thing about this is you can cover the lake pretty easily. Bad thing is there are no speed reg in this lake which mean speed boats. I avoid going here during summer time or get out the lake by 10am. august/sep is when they are the biggest.Id give it a try when it opens next year. Good luck!

Do you troll with your gas motor? I try doing that with my 9.9 but seems too fast.

Awesome, do you fish at Kawkawa in the spring as well? You think I could have any luck catching anything from shore?

Thanks! I did fish it few times this year. I would say it’s pretty challenging since there’s not much shore spots and Kokanee are moving deeper in the water as weather warms up

@@Go2fishingbc yeah that was my experience last spring too. Thought there might be a hidden shore spot haha. Thanks for answering
