No, parkour is the fastest way from point a to point b using your surroundings. Freerunning is parkour and tricking combined.

Parkour chases only have sense when the chasers are also using parkour or thay're at least good sprinters. Otherways it's just to easy to escape.

Ah cool ;) - Versuche mich jetzt in einem Parkours Verein =) - Ich kann zwar vieles, aber bei uns gibt es einfach keine richtige location... Außer sie liegt im höchsten sicherheitsbereich der stadt :D
