Groceries are expensive in America 😱 I thought it was expensive here in the Netherlands. We spend about 120 Euro on groceries every week. This includes bread, meat (which we eat every day with every meal) and fresh vegetables every day.

I think you should have been taking the prenatal vitamins since before you were trying to get pregnant. Good thing you are taking them now. I have health anxiety too, it sucks.

I was taking them in the first trimester, but my OB said I could stop in the second trimester. So I stopped and then I started having the low iron which brought me back to taking them
