My mom grew up with those woks growing up in Taishan. She said it needs good team work between the person cooking and the person making the fire. It needs to be just hot enough to cook the food but not burn it. You and your husband make a good team. ❤

I’ve been watching this program for about a week and all I’ve seen is how loving, caring, hardworking, humble master Wu and Rose are. I could go on and on. You two are. I’ve seen many other things on TH-cam but truly this family is such a great example of how we all should be with everyone. Silly goofy ❤ I really love this show don’t ever stop. I’m from New York City and humbleness and kindness is not much around unfortunately 😢. Rose maybe Anzai needs a baby brother or sister soon ❤ continue the way you guys are which is so natural and not fake.

China limits family to one child only. Since the earthquake some might be able to have 2 children.

There is enough misinformation about China out there already. As of now, they can have as many as they want, although most families choose to have one or two.

Hi Rose I noticed you added the chili to get rid of the “fishy smell,” I am from Jamaica and we wash the fish with a little vinegar or lemon juice before cooking it or both and that takes away the fishy smell as well. Let me know if you try it.
