    First 111 GO so no houses , next conservation zone , no houses till 25km from ORR , and next comes this ... Instead of going 30km from ORR where there is zero development.... A middleclass person can invest in vijaywada highway till choutuppal , new HMDA ventures are availble at 20k which are highwsy facing ventires , that too in middle of houses , metro extension + 8 lane NH highway + RRR + TSIIC nearby

    Dear Vinod garu what will be the future prospects of Chevella town and it's surrounding 1 to 2 KMs and also Chilkoor village surrounding which is under 111 GO. Kindly give your comments. 🙏🙏🙏

      Sir I invested in chevella... My guess is if you invest near by upcoming 200 feet road, the price appreciation will be there once the road construction finishes. Another thing is neopolis effect will be there on Shankarpalle and chevella as chevella is 35vkms away from neopolis. And chevella is going to be a municipality soon, it might increase the infrastructure as well. Shilpa group also has land bank there, already aparna plots are sold at 35k near chevella. So invest cleverly with less price deals. My guess would get nice appreciation in coming three years.

      @@RealRealtyvinod sir 111 go is not easy to revoke. Otherwise government would take the credit by implementing it before elections. It might take 5 to 10 years to come out of all cases if government is serious also. So it's just election tactic. This is my view and guess. But understanbly people will have their own worries about it as they are investing their hard earned money. Its my perception thank you.

      @@Publicchannel5 model colony the only approved hmda layout I n chevella. I invested for around 14 to 15k per yard 3 to 4 months back. Now I think there is 2 to 4k appreciation. Based on the plots position from 200 feet upcoming road. As elections are nearing the market is slow, but there are no plots for sale as everyone is holding them expecting appreciation.
